you've arrived here on purpose

This is for the woman who is done doing life alone.

For the woman who knows healing doesn’t happen in isolation —
it happens in consistent, embodied relationship.

The Sistahood is a year-long commitment to being seen, held, and met by women who are actively choosing to live, love, and lead differently.

This is not content.

This is not a drop-in circle.

This is a living container.
This sistahood is a year long committment.
Not because healing takes forever but because trust takes time
This container is designed to move women out of urgency and into consistency
Out of consumption and into relationship. Real sistahood is built through showing up — again and again — in the same circle.
THE HOLDERS OF THIS SPACE:
Sacred Space Village is held by women who have grown together in sistahood.

This village is an extension of the work first opened through Cosmic Mamas back in 2020 — a container rooted in presence, reciprocity, and lived devotion.
The guides who hold this space are not assembled for performance

They are women whose lives have been shaped by staying in relationship.

Anyi and Shira entered Cosmic Mamas six years ago as participants seeking real healing through sistahood.
What unfolded through that commitment transformed their lives, their families, and their leadership.

They return now — with maturity and embodied knowing — to help reopen and steward this village, grounded in the same principles that made the original container so potent.

This is not hierarchy.

This is lineage in motion.

Founder & Visionary
Queen J

Queen J is the founder and visionary of Sacred Space Village and the original creator of Cosmic Mamas.
Her work centers on restoring women to themselves through presence, truth, and embodied connection.
She is known for holding spaces where women feel safe to be fully seen — without performance, comparison, or fragmentation.
Through her leadership, Sacred Space Village exists as a living field where sistahood is practiced, not theorized.

Founding Sista
Anyi Espinal

Anyi is a mother, land steward, and wellness guide rooted in Ayurveda and yoga. She lives in the Dominican Republic on her land with her king and son, cultivating a life aligned with nourishment and rhythm.
Her work focuses on eating to live, embodied movement, and supporting women in transforming their lives through consistent care of the body and nervous system.

Founding Sista
Shira Barlas

Shira is a women’s wellness guide and yoga practitioner based in the United States. Her work supports women in reconnecting to their bodies, grounding into daily practice, and building sustainable wellness through presence.
She holds space with steadiness and care, supporting women in softening, strengthening, and showing up as they are.

The Yearly Journey Breakdown

Sacred Space Village is a year-long container designed to be lived in, not rushed through.
This is not a program you complete.
It is a rhythm you step into.
Each phase builds on the last, allowing trust, embodiment, and sisterhood to form naturally over time.

Phase I: The Founding Seed

Months 1–3
We begin by creating safety — in the body, in the room, and in relationship.

This phase focuses on:

-Releasing wounds carried around sisterhood
-Establishing shared intentions, boundaries, and agreements-
-Grounding into the present chapter of our lives
-Being seen, witnessed, and honored as we are
-Reconnecting with the wisdom of the womb and inner voice

This is where the container is formed and trust takes root.

Phase II: Embodiment & Nourishment
Months 4–6

With a strong foundation, we slow down.

This phase supports:
-Returning to the body and nervous system
-Nourishing ourselves in sustainable ways
-Creating rhythms that support ease and longevity
-Learning how to care for our physical lives with intention

Here, we learn how to live what we know.

Phase III: Spiritual Remembering

Months 7–9
Once grounded, we deepen our connection to intuition and inner guidance.

This phase invites:

-Strengthened trust in intuition
-Spiritual reflection without bypassing
-Integration of inner knowing into daily life

This is about remembering what has always been there.

Phase IV: Integration & Declaration
Months 10–12

We close the year by integrating what has been learned and lived.

This phase centers on:
-Reflection and integration
-Declaring new baselines for life and relationship
-Cleansing what no longer belongs
-Preparing to meet in person as a village

The year completes not with an ending, but with embodiment.

The Culmination
The journey concludes with an in-person gathering to anchor the work, honor the bonds formed, and step forward resourced and supported.

Details are shared as the village unfolds.
Sacred Space Village is for women who are ready to show up, be seen, and grow in community — over time, together.

COSMIC MAMA GLOBAL VILLAGE: WHAT'S REQUIRED:

☆Presence at our monthly 2.5-hour live sistahood gathering on ZOOM (mandatory presence)
☆Engagement with our mid-month drop-in to stay woven and connected
☆Comittment to sit in authentic sistahood for a year
☆Attendance at our end-of-cycle retreat in the Dominican Republic
☆Willingness to show up honestly — in every season of your life
☆Willingness to be seen, to listen and to participate honestly

We take our time together seriously because our lives are serious.
The consistency of this space is what allows women to soften, strengthen and move forward with clarity.

This sistahood is built by women who show up in authenticity and in doing so, gain access to themselves through each other, staying grounded in lives they actually live and love.

THE INVITATION

If you feel something here, trust it.

Cosmic Mamas is not a place to observe or wait for certainty.

The first step into alignment is choosing to stop hesitating and respond to what is already true in your body.

This is not just an investment.

It is a declaration.

A clear signal to God, to your nervous system, and to your life that you are done carrying everything alone and ready to shift into a season of being held — supported, witnessed, and nourished in real relationship.

The Sistahood requires participation.

Consistency.
Presence.

This is how timelines change — from isolation into overflow, from surviving into living, from doing it alone into being deeply supported.

$77 per month.

Doors close on Februrary 15th.

When the doors close, they close.

If you are ready to show up, be accountable to yourself, and be in relationship with women who do the same — this is your entry point.

Say yes.
