1. What if I’ve never done a healing circle or spiritual work before?
You are exactly where you need to be.
Every mama starts somewhere — and this space was created to gently guide you, not overwhelm you. You’ll be held, supported, and led step by step by our experienced facilitators. You don’t need to “know” how to heal — you just need to say yes to showing up. We’ll take care of the rest together.
2. I’m still grieving. Is this right for me?
Yes, beloved. This space was made for you.
You don’t have to have it all together — this is where you can finally exhale. The Rainbow Frequency isn’t about rushing your healing; it’s about creating a soft landing for your heart to rest, release, and begin to bloom again at your own pace.
3. What if I can’t make it to one of the live Zoom sessions?
All sessions are recorded and shared with our community, so you’ll never miss the wisdom or guidance. That said — we encourage showing up live whenever possible. There’s something sacred that happens in real time when women gather and hearts align.
4. Are there refunds if I decide not to continue?
No, mama — this is a sacred commitment to yourself.
Healing requires consistency, and this container is designed for transformation through full participation. There are no refunds for missed sessions or cancellations, but we trust that if you’re here, your spirit already knows this is for you.
5. How much time will I need to dedicate each month?
Our live circles meet once a month for about 90 minutes.
Between sessions, you’ll have the option to integrate practices, journal prompts, and mini rituals that align with your life — not add more stress. This journey is meant to nourish you, not overwhelm you.
7. Why is there a monthly commitment?
True transformation takes time.
The 6-month container allows your healing to unfold layer by layer, with support and sisterhood guiding you along the way. This is not a quick fix — it’s a sacred journey back home to yourself.
